Our story

Sprouting Up Kids was grown out of a desire to provide quality care to those who live within the South Hill Community in Spokane. This desire has been our entire focus for those within this growing community. Our commitment to the success of your child will prepare them for the skills that are needed for them to excel beyond their early education years.

Our mission

It is our mission to provide support to our families and inspire a desire to instill a love for education in our children during their early years. This is only possible with the help of parents and the teachers who are hand-selected to keep the mission of Sprouting Up Kids achievable. Our activities and learning objectives are chosen to promote cognitive development, social development, language readiness, and physical skills.

Our vision

Each child has been given the ability to grow into the best “them” that they can be with the help of nurturing parents and the staff at Sprouting Up Kids. It is our vision that children are our future and by promoting individual learning practices early on, their future in learning will in turn be successful.

After taking a tour of Sprouting up kids, I was very satisfied with the environment, as well as the ladies who work here. The ratio of caretakers to children is great. Snacks are provided, different activities for the kids every day.

Our son only goes to daycare two days a week, but he loves all his friends he has met at Sprouting Up Kids! He is a little bit of a “look before you leap” guy and when I pick him up, there is always a detailed report of any minor cut or scrape he may have got while playing. I never worry about him while he is there; they were very patient with him in his transition to daycare and now he is well adjusted when it comes to playing with other children.
